BRIDGES for Older Adults ("BRIDGES," "we," "us," or "our") is a project of LECOM Health. BRIDGES for Older Adults is a grant funded by the Administration for Community Living (ACL). The grant recipient and data controller for the purposes of this Privacy Policy is Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any personally identifiable information you may provide while using our website https://bridges.lecomhealth.org (the "Website").
